I’ve been working on some tutorial videos for the VErsatile Simulation, Pulses and Analysis (VESPA) program suite maintained by Brian Soher from Duke University. VESPA is a free and open source data analysis and fitting software geared towards in-vivo MRS data. It’s a great alternative to LCModel and offers much more, including pulse design and simulation capabilities.
